Yesterday, Glance From Clover – more commonly known as Nico at home – won the Vickers.Bet Best Prices Guaranteed Daily Novices’ Handicap Chase under a strong ride from Alex Edwards.
Alex knows Nico very well having rode him to his first win over hurdles last year. We were delighted to see the combination get their heads in front over fences.
Nico’s owner and breeder Miss Sue Troughton has been a long standing owner with us so we were thrilled to see her receiving the prize at Hereford yesterday. Congratulations to all concerned.
