Tom Britten – Assistant Trainer
Tom joined the Alastair Ralph team in July 2022 having previously worked for several eminent National Hunt trainers including Nicky Henderson and Oliver Sherwood. He brings with him a wealth of racing knowledge. Tom grew up in a family passionate about racing and point to pointing and outside of work he trains his own Pointers. When not with horses, Tom enjoys a round of golf with the lads.
Vicki Wood – Head Person (Riding)
Vicki started working for us in 2019. Having previously spent time working in Dubai and even riding a few on the flat. Vicki has extensive knowledge of the sport and has a keen interest in our flat horses which she does the race planning along with Alastair. Vicki is an extremely important cog in the Alastair Ralph racing wheel; with her positive outlook no matter what the weather, she keeps a smile on everyone’s face. Outside of work Vicki spends time with daughter Isabella who looks to have just as much interest in the sport as her mum!
Kitty Price- Head Stable Girl
Kitty has been part of the team since 2019 and has grown her knowledge considerably since joining Alastair Ralph Racing after finishing school. Kitty plays a huge role in keeping the yard running smoothly, being responsible for day-to-day yard operations. With a great work ethic and willingness to help others, we are very fortunate to have her!
Rosie Williams – Social Media Manager & Owner Liaison
Rosie joined the team in July 2025 .She plays a varied role, which includes riding out, managing the website and social media platforms, liaising with owners and taking on a range of other marketing and administrate responsibilities. In her free time, Rosie enjoys eventing her horse Storm.
Lilly Walker – Full Time Work Rider
Lilly joined us part-time in January 2025 while continuing her studies at college. Lilly has since become a full-time member of the team. Alongside her full-time role, she is also working towards her Level 2 Equine Groom Apprenticeship. Outside of work, Lilly enjoys showing her own horses.
Cerys Arnold – Full Time Work Rider
Cerys started working for us full time in June 2025. She plays an important role managing the medical side of the yard and is currently working towards her Level 2 Equine Groom Apprenticeship. In her spare time, Cerys enjoys competing her ex-racehorse and also takes on some freelance work.
Jodie Price- Stable Staff
Jodie joined us in October 2024, working part-time alongside her college studies. She supports Kitty on the yard with a variety of tasks. Jodie also has her own thoroughbred, which she is currently training with the aim of eventing in the future.
Zara – Part Time Stable Lass
Zara joined us at the beginning of the 2022 season and has developed a real passion for racing. In the summer of 2025, she spent time riding out in Lambourn, gaining plenty of new experiences. Now studying at Harper Adams University, Zara continues to ride out whenever she can around her studies.
Lara – Part Time Stable Lass
Lara started working for us part time in May 2023 and has since gone to college and now works full time with us. In her free time, Lara keeps busy riding and competing her own horses.
Abi Bradley – Part-Time Stable Lass
Abi has worked for us since July 2022. She started part time, working on the yard and has since progressed to riding out every day. Abi has recently finished her studies at Hartpury College after doing her placement at Alastair Ralph Racing and Abi is currently working towards her Level 2 Equine Groom Apprenticeship. Outside of work Abi enjoys competing her horses and is an active member of The Pony Club
